Restless curiosity
I tend to follow an idea until I understand how it works—or until it turns into another, better question.
Hi, I'm Melissa.
I'm a 15-year-old founder, developer, and designer. I care about ambitious ideas, thoughtful technology, and becoming the kind of person who can make difficult things real.

Founder. Developer. Designer.
I was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, and moved to the United States when I was 12. Soon after, I started programming—and found a way to combine curiosity, design, logic, and imagination.
Today I'm based in California and building Memviox. I'm still early in my journey, which means there is an enormous amount left to learn. I see that as an advantage.
Personal life
I tend to follow an idea until I understand how it works—or until it turns into another, better question.
I'm energized by the distance between what exists now and what could exist if someone decides to build it.
Tennis, the gym, games, walking, discovering places, and letting my mind move outside the screen.
My operating system
Follow the question far enough to discover something real.
Think from first principles instead of copying the expected answer.
Choose ideas that feel slightly beyond reach, then grow into them.
Build technology that makes people more capable, creative, and free.

Memviox
Memviox is the company I'm building around that belief. The goal is to create powerful, thoughtful software that helps people think clearly, create boldly, and move from an idea to action.
Product, software, ideas, and everything required to move the vision forward.
Going deeper into the systems shaping how people will work and create.
How to build useful things now without losing sight of much bigger possibilities.

Pufin is a small reminder that life does not have to become serious just because the goals are. He gets his own place here because a personal website should include the parts of life that make it personal.
Things I like
The possibilities, unanswered questions, and new ways it can help people create.
A reminder of how much is still unknown and how far curiosity can take us.
Engineering pushed to the edge: speed, precision, systems, and design.
Worlds built from rules, stories, competition, and imagination.
The physical balance to long stretches of thinking, designing, and coding.
New places, unfamiliar ideas, and anything that makes the world feel bigger.
Ideas in progress
Notes about building, technology, human agency, and questions I have not finished answering yet.
On curiosity, possibility, and turning ideas into reality.

I'm at the beginning. That is exactly why the future feels so open.
